ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL
PANCAKE BREAKFAST
Our
40TH OR 41ST Annual Pancake Breakfast and Community
Fundraiser was a huge success thanks to all the members, SOC youth group, OCBC
Boy Scouts, SEYO member organizations, and all the donors.
We lost count and need help finding out when the first pancake breakfast
was.
Please contact Dan Fukushima if you have any information to end this
confusion.
We
had great weather.
According to our most accurate count, we served 1,542 breakfasts.
Amazing how smooth things run because of all the work by all.
Everybody had a great time.
Charter members who came out to support us were: Charter President Bob
Wada, Tom Hide, Jim Takata, Hank Nakano, and Bill Murata.
We are fortunate to have these dedicated members since 1966.
We don’t have our ticket sales tallied yet.
We’ll have a report shortly
Our
own past president, Ray Okazaki was the grand prize winner of $300.
