ANNUAL YOUTH DRAWING 2007

RULES & REGULATIONS

The Suburban Optimist Club of Buena Park (SOC) is conducting our annual youth drawing aka “Reverse Raffle.”   This year SOC will have seven monthly and a final major prize drawing.  Rules and regulations are as follow:

1.      MAXIMUM TICKETS TO BE SOLD = 200

2.      COST:  DONATION OF $100.00 PER TICKET

3.      Prize for winning ticket drawn each month will be $500.00.  There will be seven monthly drawing beginning February 5, 2008.

4.      Each monthly winner’s ticket will be returned to the “barrel” and the monthly winner is eligible for the remaining drawings.

5.      Monthly drawing to be held at the SOC Board of Director’s meeting held on the 1^st Tuesday of the month.

6.      The final major prize drawing for $2,500 will be held at the SOC installation dinner in September 2008.  The date and location to be announced later.

7.      Winning ticket holder need not be present and will be notified by mail.

8.      Tickets are not valid unless validated with a stamped number by SOC.

9.      Proceeds used to fund SOC on-going youth programs and events.
